It's finally happened!
 
Hey guys. Let me introduce you to my little pet project. I love skating concrete. Love outdoor spots with gorgeous, smooth polished concrete. Love the pop, the screech and the feeling of landing a trick on it. Unfortunately, as you may have noticed, shipping is a killer.
 
I bring you my humble offering.
 
First things first, the website. Nothing flash at the moment, but the blog is going to be updated daily up until Meet Up North, where our obstacles are going to be premiered ;)Then, on February 25th the webshop will go live, linked from that very same page.
 
Secondly, or team became official today. Welcome Will Sparrow-Saunt, Mars Hill's first team rider (I don't count...), and currently the only owner of a Mars Hill ledge. I can't begin to tell you how excited I am by this guy's riding, and I really look forward to seeing him improve and grow in his style. Really happy to have him on the team. His video (and mine) are available here!

Thanks Chris! I hear these ledges are going to be fairly cheap too guys, so I'd definitely try and get one They're pretty sick ledges and hopefully MHFB will have a fairly decent amount of styles and sizes!

Cheers guys it's great to see such an awesome response! Concrete is gonna be going into the pocket curve mold tonight, and I'll have the first out tomorrow evening for your delectation.

Also, check Will's awesome welcome video on Unite! Worth it for the tré back tail shuv out (if I remember rightly )

Just put my first pocket curve into the mold. 24 hours curing and e have ouselve a ledge

And it's www.marshillfb.weebly.com. Pretty generic so far, but my new job (start Monday) sees me dropping from 55 hours a week to 35, so I'll have more time to focus on design, experimentation, etc.

Also, quick update (I'm too tired to blog right now); the cold weather is playing havok with curing times, so the first ledge isn't dry yet. I've moved the mold to my room, which is a bit more temperate, and we'll see how it goes. Having problems building a mini quarter mold, but I'm gonna spend tomorrow battling through that headache.

Well, after a catastrophic mold breakage, we're cooking with gas. Mold is sorted, they're curing properly, and it's looking like at least three pocket curves will be going to MuN. Check out the latest blog post for a look at the process of making one

Lol. Cheers man. Got home group with church tonight, so I'll be getting home at 10:00, at least an hour on the ledges, then up at 6:30 to get ready for work again.

Looking so sick Chris! Guys, you gotta buy one when they're out because Chris puts so much effort into improving them and making them! Also, the main reason is that they're awesome ledges!
