| I know rails and tail pieces are a common method to add longevity to a fingerboards graphic and overall condition but wouldnt clear coat stop a real wear graphic from coming off as well? As much as I love the idea of real wear graphics I'd prefer for the cool ones to just stay on the board and I don't want the clunky aesthetic of rails. Any other suggestions? |

| Clear coat will protect your graphic. Just give the deck a few more sprays and it won't wear. I've also heard of people putting packing tape or the tape they use to protect books on their graphics. |
