| I'm no pro haha, but I know some people use bricks and various objects to help make parts of the park. I think you have to sand the concrete to make it fully smooth too. And by pool coping, do you mean like metal in like a circle, or just straight metal? |

Totally right!
I also am thinking of making a concrete park. You use wires and bricks, whatever to fill up space and then fill it in with the concrete. I am going to use plaster first to get main body then fill then rest with concrete. The plaster is a bit more expensive but will definitely help with shaping because it drys in about 20 minutes. There will be plenty of sanding needed when doing it. That is how you make it that cool, smoothed out grey-ish color. Making it smooth is the key. Use the black sandpaper used for metals.
I estimate it will be around 60 dollars. I don't know what the flaked park is... But the one I am making will be about 3 feet by 6 feet with a tree in the middle. |

| when we were doing that to a garage floor you had to buy this bottle of stuff linoleum not exactly sure how to spell it but it was super expensive if a remember correctly like 50 bucks for a medium container of it. but i did try lacquer on a hump thing i made and that worked but not nearly as shiny. |

| okay cool guys my plan is to make a box out of MDF then fill it with sand/earth/rocks then only the top layer will be concrete its gonna have a half bowl on one side with a volcano at the end i will also have some ledges, banks, vert quaters maybe a eurogap, some humps and like a circular hump as well i might make a practice park first to find out the difficulty of it and once the whole thing is finished I'm planning on having a meet-up in the summer in my garden (which is kinda small but big enough for a few parks ) |

| You have to sand it down a ton! Make it smooth. Then lacquer it with Valspar Hi-Gloss Lacquer. He knows a lot about that stuff.
Make sure to sand between coats. Do about 3 coats. |
