Shame, once Es were the best skate shoe company in the world with the most amazing team ever, Penny, Koston, McCrank, Creager etc.

It's basically happened because Sole Technology (the parent company) wouldn't buy into the highstreet market. Even Airwalk made that move when they returned after like 20 years, and their shoes are shit, company's still up and running though.

I bid on them when they were still up for around 3000 dollars, that pair went for about 6500

I might have to start saving up for the self lacing ones when they come out in 2015, purely as an investment though.

Me either haha, I was going to take out a loan to pay for them and sell them a few years later.

I got some Diamond dunks when they came out for £60, now they're worth £600.

It's crazy but rare sneaks can be a real investment, you just got to watch the numbers being made.

the one thing i hate now a days though that made me quit is people getting crazy on release dates and nike keeps raising their prices
