So i wouldn't consider this a company but i am making ledges that are pretty fun! The top is a porcelain tile 6 inches long and 3 inches wide. The base is an ultra smooth concrete. The surface of the tile is unbelievably smooth. They are available in Black and White! I can also make ones that are 12 inches long and 3 inches wide.
I made a quick little video to show off the ledge. Please excuse my skill, as i am not very good yet.
I don't know how much i want to charge for them, so make me a decent offer and i will get one sent out to you!

Pretty interesting actually. Much better then a piece of wood with some tile on it. I would suggest evening out the bootom of the concrete base you've got going on so it's completely flat on the bottom. Other then that it looks cool dude

That ledge was unfortunately dropped out of the mold The other ones are flat!

Ah ok cool man. Maybe add some little bricks around the concrete base? You could offer a ledge with just concrete bases or a little extra and they could get one with bricks. I think it'd be a cool option to have.

They look rather nice. This is just an idea- take it or leave it:
Break the porcelain piece up into smaller quarter sized pieces, or however it breaks. Put it in the bottom of the mold, then pore the cement in.
When it dries, it will have a neat tile looking random pattern on the bottom. It also will have a neat "tut tut tut" clicking when you grind it.

The idea seems nice, but I feel the concrete would just add more weight which could affect shipping costs...idk doe.
Gunners idea is cool.

Flat rate shipping is like 5 bucks I think. (USPS)
But it would be a lot more to ship it over seas.

I actually bought a bag of bricks today! They are just very pricey! And i thought about the tiled idea and mocked one up with 1x1 porcelain tiles. You couldnt even 50 it And the concrete base is awesome because it looks scale and it doesnt move. like what so ever.
I will make you guys a deal, pay shipping and i will ship one out to the first replier. Tell me how you like it, review it, etc etc!

^wtf looks really nicely made and smooth, really like them, the brick idea would really be cool, and I know the mini bricks can be pricey, but you can always charge more for those About Gunner's idea the tile doesn't look like it breaks the way you wuld want it to break for that BUT you can always get some (idk how they're called) little square thingy's like the ones on the halfpipe on this video --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECP3VW1Igq4&feature=plcp (thumbs up for Castela's skills ) ..and IF you want I can review one but i'm not in America so you'd be better sending one to an American reviewer hope this idea goes well dude ther's potencial in these ledges, smoothness too
