erm.. be more specific as to what you need help with? how do you get them, and how close are you? What goes wrong with them?
Watch. Learn. Chris Daniels has mad skills and unlike other trick tips, actually explains things. That would have helped me learn them soo much had that been out when I learnt them..

tips from seeing the video? You've not even got the ability to properly pop nollie yet (no offence, but, you don't), seems as you like, shake just before you pop. Practice your nollies. Get nollies over little gaps and make sure you get the motion of just plain nollies over a gap so the nollie goes with you. Do that a LOT. Maybe practice switch too. Then work on flips, and watch the video I posted of chris daniels tutorial.
But, yea, I'd say you need to work on flow and familiarise yourself more with nollie stance before you work on nollie flips

yeah that vid from fbweekly is a good one
as kerry says. get your nollies down first. like lay a deck on its side and when you can nollie over it consistently, flips will follow
like rolling along, nollie a deck, land and roll off.....most people can nollie on the spot, but rolling along is a different thing
