i had this friend, who really was my bestfriend and we were skating and fingerboarding together all the time and we bought a mold and started making decks at our garage and he came to our garage like everyday to make decks with me and haha our goal with our company was to get our decks to flatface and yeah. we had really cool sleepovers and outdoor sessions, i rememeber so much about our friendship that i dont want to write everything, but one day we went skating as normally after a sleepover, and we went to this indoor skate park which was collapsed, and i told a his secret to one of the other friends and then he cam down the mini pushed me down punched me coupple times kicked me and yeah, we tried to be friends after that too but he quit fingerboarding and i dont skate like at all, and i really hope that i would not told that secret and we could still be friends and make some decks to flatface haha ;(

UKR1 <3

Specifically, me and Jonny sitting in the car because we thought the event started at 9:30, aha. Then we went and had a look through the window and there was BRR ramps on a massive table with a group of people fingerboarding very happy (Thom, Scartledge, Eddie, Euan, SamJam, Tom Summers, Dhavel something)
Definitely a pinnacle moment in my fingerboarding life ;D

The "best" memory I have had is when me and my Dad were building a big mini that never got finished. Still had a really fun time cutting the wood and stuff.

UKR 2- Had such a sick time, had been fingerboarding for like 3 days and it was the first time I met people like Danny, Boffey and Harry Y who have become super good friends of mine.
It really did inspire me to fingerboard!

All the good times on G+ chat with a lot of peeps, and seshing with Kerry on the Box 1. And talking to Axel and Marie everyday and always sharing a good laugh. Also my local Singaporean events and almost every single time I meet and sesh with them too. Basically, any time spent with fingerboards and friends = all golden moments. I wouldn't trade these good times for the world.. Love you all and you know who you are happy

Cyclone Syndrome 3- fuck yeah! It was my first fingerboard event and it was the first fingerboard event I had even heard about in the UK and after finding out it was in Manchester, not far from me, I just had to go! I am shy normally and being completely unknown to the online scene (just joined FBHQ 2 weeks before) I knew no one and found it hard to integrate. Won a Close Up G3 deck from the raffle so I was stoked.

I remember I was using an "OG setup", a 26mm Berlinwood, TD trucks with bearing screws and Substance Ivory wheels. It was the setup I had always used for years and suddenly I saw wide decks galore. Of course, in these days 29mm decks are the norm.

The aftersesh in Travelodge with Ross, Thom, Kerry, Eddie, Simon, Finn (not sure if I've forgot someone) was awesome. It was when I was properly able to chat and sesh with people.

This event reignited my passion for fingerboarding and encouraged me to get into the online scene again. I made my first proper fingerboard mini video after this and the positive response really meant a lot to me. Just attending this event arguably drove me on course to becoming sponsored by Close Up. I got the G3 deck in the raffle, a G3 deck from Euan and after seshing two guys' Close Up Marble Benches, I went and bought one.
