Cheap beginner decks I would reccomend 4 Corner fingerboards or Bollie yes they are china decks but good for beginners at affordable price happy

No such thing as a beginner deck. There are plenty of really good, cheap decks. My main deck cost me a tenner and wides with decent bearing wheels only cost a tenner together. Support really good brands and you won't go wrong happy

Blosoms are by far the best deck I have ever tried/owned, I also recommend Temples, Pures, Berlinwood Wide Lows. Flatface G13's are pretty good as well, just not my forte.

and yes, I have tried all of these decks.

make sure you also get some wide trucks, tape and bushings they are cheap but really give a better setup

you can buy wide trucks kit at fingersized and buy nologo bushings

Good choice, the TD longboard tuning doesn't last very long to be honest so you might need to change it fairly soon. Have fun with your Berlinwood and make sure to choose a sick graphic!
