| How do you guys make lock nuts? I know the method of putting a dab of glue above the nut but I'm afraid of ruining the bearings. I only use that method on truck nuts. |

| lock nuts work by having a bit of nylon inside the bolt that is smaller than the axle it is going on. this nylon then stretches as it is put on, thus creating a tighter bond between nut and axle.
generally companys buy them or get them make specially for them |

To answer your question though, dip a q-tip in superglue and then dab that on the nuts. Less risk of it spilling over and ruining your bearings. |
