So, back in the summer I brought a Blosom bench off Of Louis Robinson, and never received it. I was really looking forward to this arriving. He claims he sent it no problem. I've demanded refunds but he just thinks ive got the bench and am trying to skank him. This isn't the first time ive been 'scammed' and usually I just dismiss it and forget about it but this time I want justice. What should I do? And has Louis scammed any of you guys? Let me know.

You should find him and kill him.

File a PayPal report.
Go to his house and demand the bench!
or call the cops and they'll go to his house for either a full refund or the bench,
then you'll go to court.

The payment was sent as a gift so that isn't possibe, I don't live near him and I don't want to go to court...

he scammed me out of a rail and a fatal back in the day.. got hold of him in the summer and he said he sent but he didn't...

Oh shit, I was going to buy the exact same thing from him but I didn't because I went on holiday. Try to contact him in someway. If he doesn't reply then just spam him or something.

hmmm Louis isn't about no more......the time he was here he seemed like a nice person who didn't scam, but people do change....

try contacting him. speak to his parents.

i didn't say they will never come back

just at the moment its difficult to source the right granite in the correct thickness.....and for the right price.

also i dont actually own a diamond tipped wet saw at the moment, but i can borrow one. (to cut the granite)

i could buy the right granite, but it would cost alot of money so the price of the benches would have to double or even triple what they were last time.........the first benches i made i got a really good deal on some granite, so i was able to sell them cheaply.......im always looking out, so who knows? in the future there may be some.

ill quite possibly start exploring benches/boxes/etc soon though.....winter time in the UK is no fun for making decks.

I don't know if it's possible, it's just a idea. You could ring the post company in his area and see if any packages to your address have been sent.

I wouldn't paypal someone money as a gift unless I knew them. I'd always put it through as payment for an item and put the item you are buying in the description. Makes it a lot easier for you to claim it back with paypal if they try and scam you
