| Switch They are both annoying to learn, but if you keep practicing them you will get it. Get a C.D or book and try getting onto it and when you get it add another book, that's what I did. |

| Nollie that was all i tried and you roll forwards so it was easier to get the height at first but now i do more switch because it is funner! |

| Nollie for most tricks. But for tre's and heels I find them easier switch than nollie haha |

| depends on the trick for me. Try it in both and if one feels more comfortable try and learn the trick in that stance first |
