Harvey if you actually read this,

Basically all the forum agree that Kerry should be promoted to an admin.
Its only fair that if our current admin is going to be rarely online, that we will have a more committed seccond admin that will be online to sort things out.
Its not much effort to promote someone either, its clicking one button and it takes less than 5 mins.

after his reaction to the last thread, I really don't think hes going to do it. I guess he doesn't want to feel like hes being replaced, but, thats really not my intention. My intention is to implement the changes that the people want around here that will make this place better for everyone, current people, and attract new people. Its really afterall, the peoples forum, as without members there wouldn't be any point to it existing : o

I'd be happy to be a second admin, I'm really honoured that you guys want me to be one. I don't want to replace harvey at all, but to work on things that he doesn't have time to do, to make this place better

Thats why i meen a seccond admin, harvey is still an admin so he still has power so i dont see why he wont do it

I guess maybe he'd feel that even though hes still admin, he'd not be as important any more when theres another admin, especially another admin thats wayyy more active than him? I could understand that. If I made something, I wouldn't want to feel not needed on it any more.. but, the need for a new admin has only arisen from his lack of activity.

I hope he does it, because, I really want to help make this place even bigger and better

he said he wanted to promote all the mods to admin/assistant admins and find new mods, idk if hes ever going to do that though

^which is a dumb idea imo.. we don't need THAT many staff members.. not for how many of us are here.. there are like 30 consistently active members I'd guess.. we don't need 1 admin, 3 assistant admins, and 3 mods. That 23.333333333% staff members of active members.
there are probably that many active staff on the whole of FFI ffs, they have hundreds of active members there..

We need an active admin, thats it. Hes not that, so someone else should be. An active admin would act as a mod, so, no need for more mods.
