I think Im getting it from fingerboarding too hard if u dont know what it is, u shud look it up. (its basicly when u use ur fingers a lot and ur finger tendons swell up and hurt) Have any of u guys on the forum heard of anyone who experienced this or actualy had it themselves?
and if I go to the docter for it, ill have to stop fingerboarding for a month or two

yes i have it ever once in a while if i play alot of video games or fb to much

I had it once from playing video games too much... my doctor told me to take some ibuprofen and play less video games during the day. it was gone in like, a week

Look up hand stretches online, I started doing them since I was making decks a lot and my old phone was hard on my hands when I texted, so I do stretches now and they feel better

what i do to keep that from happening is crack my finger alot and always stretch them and see how wide i can spread my fingers. do that and you should be fine.
