| 31mm on the widest part up front Kerry. Each deck that comes out of the mold gets tweaked a bit. Im thinking of making the dips a bit more flowy to atm.. |

| @ Justin
ahhh right, i understand. the deck i got from you recently has the 'standard' wheelbase that pretty much everyone uses. its also 100.50 long. its a good deck.
im trying to justify in my head shortening that wheelbase, and making the kicks longer though?
@ Bakko
looking good! keep it up!
i actually experimented with solid 'dipped' colored decks a while back....i was going to bring out a series of decks for something new......but the only worries i had was that when people put tape on their decks, (unless its precut) they will scratch the paint...(unless it was lacquered over enough)......but then it defeats the whole wear of the graphic.....unless just the edges of the boards are cleared.
i found it a tough call to make unless the boards were offered with correct fitting precut tape. |

My skateboard setup has screened graphics + is white on the sides, chips and scratches away instantly when seshing. So the small ware you could get around the edges when putting on grip is realy no stress, it just looks right and have no impact on performance or quality you know. One can always give the deck a coat of clear coat befor the "dip" also if in doubt. I feel that this kind of style of deck is sopposed to be that way you know, its realy rad. And for someone getting a deck like these I beliave is wanting to get the effect of a real skateboard with the same style. I just happen to love this style and thats why I decided to make these.. - Luis Correia wrote:

| Bakko that dipped deck looks awesome! Also, a question is the deck 31mm in all sides?
Mikkel the shape is coming out nice. It's really unique. Didn't see any deck having that shape.
HOLY SHIT that Pure looks sick! |

Is that the finished product? It's just a shaped deck. Still needs finer sanding, countersinks and lacquer. - Oscar V. wrote:

Haha I don't know if that's good or bad Thanks to all the comments on the shape, it really helps me perfect these decks. |

This shape is 31.0mm up at the front dip at the widest and 30.5mm at the rear dip. I have a few different templates, but this is the one I like the most. It just feels better. Length of the tail is 22.0mm and nose is 24.5mm (both meshured from the screwholes. Meshurement between truck screwholes is 41.0mm. Here you have a image with these specs.. |
