| made a test deck out of my first mold i made, turned out decent... [img] [/img] not laquered [img] [/img] shape gonna make some changes to the shape but this is basically it

| Yes, no clogging after many fine layers of lacquer, the holes stay precise and your hard ware picks up less clog too. I guess you do it the other way? |

| Im going to be honest and say that not a lot of people agree with me here with the drilling after lacquer but clumsy is probably an understatement when describing me! I have let my board go for a swim in my coffee a many times (gotta stop the drink/FB combo!), my daughter of two likes to play with my decks (she likes dribbling and putting things in her mouth also), I have been skating the same set up for at least 6 months with no loss of pop or performance because of the glue. Water proof epoxy resin, a lot of work and takes practise to get right but it makes a hell of a difference to the end product |
