So lately I've just been really hollow and I've always been worrying and thinking the worst in things. It gives me a very uneasy feeling in my head and makes my stomach churn and my eyes feel as though they're going to pop. I haven't told really anyone and mentioned how bad it gets because I feel like they'll think I'm just looking for attention, but this is seriously getting out of hand it seems. If anyone has any ideas on how I can control this, feel free to comment or something. Thanks.

tell your parents or guardians and find a reliable child counselor. they know how to deal with this better than anybody on this forum could ever help you. I'll be praying for you

i get counselling for depression and anxiety man and its hard dude. But i really think the best way to get rid of anxiety is to like fill up your day and and bascially live. I mean like do the things you enjoy, maybe take up a hobby like photography or art or music or soemthing man just so it fills in oyur day and so theres no time to think and worry about the bad things dude. I think taking up a hobby in like creative arts like art, photography music etc etc is REALLY good becasue they take alot of time, effort and it deifnatly just makes you zone out and just focus on what your doing.

Also maybe take up christianity. I know you might thiink this osunds dumb but when you know you have someone that watches you and cares for you ( god) it actually really helps man.

I hope you get through your hard times.

First you need to know that what your describing is quite common, don't feel like your alone in this, I promise your not.

You do need to speak to someone close to you that can sit with you face to face, it will help a lot to vent and get stuff off your chest. Talking about this stuff to someone that will listen is very important.

Is what your feeling linked to anything, peoples behaviour, things going on in your life?

Sorry if those question are too personal.

I found myself feeling like that a lot when I was around your age, for me it was to do with not liking or understanding so much of what I was seeing in the world. I think it was the lack of common sense in people that mostly did it but everyone's different.

Hope you feel better soon man, things will change I can promise you that, the main thing is how we help to shape that change.

Well, I tend to worry about a lot of things with my girlfriend. Just mistakes reoccurring, her getting sick of me being like this, etc... I know she isn't going to, it's just that the thought of it constantly brings me down. I don't have many friends to talk to, really she is the only one I have to talk to, so when I can't talk to her about it, I just have to sit and be depressed and such.

Its fine that youre not christian. but seriously try taking up another hobby

I use to have horrible anxiety in 4th grade. I got counseling and I had to use a paper bag.
I think I grew out of it. But I just focused on other things that don't get me down and when I started having attacks I did jumping jacks or something to calm me down.

Don't be too hard on your self dude, just talk it through and listen when it's your turn but do talk about it. Keeping it to your self is harmful on lots of levels.

Remember, you will make mistakes, lots of em. Your not meant to be perfect either so you can cut your self a little slack there too

I think most of us feel like this from time to time, especially if you happen to be the type to question what goes on around you and not just blindly get on with what your told. It's part of the package so to speak.

Hopefully you'll feel more positive about things soon man. It does come and go.

Hey, no problem man.

I'm really glad it helped, what you did here was really brave too, takes balls to reach out when your feeling that low but it's nearly always the best thing to do.

From what I've read of your comments on here you seem like a sound guy and more than able to make up your own mind about things which I really respect so I'll say this, ahead of you there are going to be good days and bad days, sometimes the percentages can seem completely off balance but the good days are worth putting up with the rest for, trust me.

And the really good days, the kind of days you tell your friends about, well that's what makes life worth living

I know what you're going through man, I had a lot of depression two or so years back, I'm sure some of you remember.
I guess it's part of growing up, I got it when I'd been with my girlfriend for a few months, similarly to you. It's hard to explain, but I let it get the better of me and with that I lost all of my friends, my social life, everything except her. I regret letting that happen because I'm only just starting to pick up a social life again, over two years later.
I guess when you first get into a serious relationship you worry about a lot more stuff, because you worry for her too, and it kind of just makes you generally more insecure. I honestly don't know how to explain what I'm getting at, just keep focusing on what's good at the moment, not what's wrong. Just don't let it get the better of you man!
A good thing to try is to write down on a piece of paper; 'I need to be depressed/worried because:' then list all of the reasons why you're depressed/worried.
Then write 'I should be happy because;' and write all of the reasons for yourself to be happy.
You'll be surprised at what you notice
