| It seems like everyone can do feather flips but I just can't do them. Any tips? |

| which do you mean? the most common is a half impossible and then let it fall back the way it came, but a feather flip can be any flip trick that flips half it's standard way, then half back the way it came. for the impossible ones, lift your back finger up as the board starts to do a standard impossible, it counters the impossible rotation and brings it back |

| no he means a feather kickflip. check thedirtyharry's latest trickipedia, it's got the trick in, even if it calls it an underflip by mistake. |

| "Feather flips has been around for a long while. Julio de la Cruz was doing them already back in the early 90's, (which you can see in 'Da Deal is Dead' from '92). I doubt he had much to do with it being called feather flip, and I doubt that's the actual name of the trick, but that's what people seems to be calling it. Basically it's a half impossible late anti-casper flip." |

EDIT: yea actually I think I do mean a hospital flip. I was just watching some skateboard feather flips and I realized I can do them. |

| i mean this: so ypu do a normal kickflip but when its halfway turned you scoop it with your front finger it comes back around the way it started, the opposite way of a front finger impossible that. |

| Thats a hospital flip, the only way ive seen them done in fingerboarding is with the impossible style shuv. |
