| When you do get photoshop - File >Import > Video Frames to layers... Select your movie (it must be saved on your computer) Select your in and out points on your gif File > Save for web You get a chance to fiddle around with the size and colours Im sure there are other ways to do it but thats how i make my gifs  |

| Thats a really simplified way of doing it. if you want them to look nice its a little bit harder.  Made this gif a while ago. |

| how do you guys take the snapshots out of the videos ? I already tried using wmm but when I save it it takes me to the end of the clip and so I have to keep going back and it gets fucked in the end, do you guys take print screens or something ? |
