What is aftervous and how do you go to it?

From what I understand, aftervous is like a special get together that's at Mike's house where you just fingerboard some more right?

My question is how do you go to it? Do you have to be invited? Isn't there also other aftervous fingerboard parties in like the hotels where everyone stays at?

It's like an after party with fingerboarders and you go and hang out at the hotel and some people go to Mike's house and spend the night. It's fun!

All joking aside, so basically Mike needs to INVITE you over.

Maybe I'll give him like $20 bucks or something and say "hey, can I get in too" and see what he says.

I think he only invites team members and close friends, I may be wrong though.

No, you're right. I ended up at his house after Rendezvous 14 'cause I know people and it was literally all team members except for myself and one other kid that was with me. I was told it's very rare for anyone outside the team to be there.

Fucking fantastic. Seriously. There's something fingerboardable in every room of the kid's house, and a 3 part miniramp in his garage that we all ended up skating for about 4 hours straight.

Well, he distributes stuff from a load of different companies and is the major distributor for the USA, not to mention the stuff he sells across the world like wheels and decks. I imagine he's not rich, but makes enough to live off his own back.

Seamus, his house is really big haha. I think he rents that house though, not 100 percent sure. Or maybe the housing market in MA is really low.

but yeah there is a different afterparty that is held at the holiday inn for people who stay there, still fun.

He has to own the house. No landlord in their right mind would let any tenant build 2 miniramps on their property.
