Off to a great start! The holes look a little sloppy but not because they seem to be off but because there's some excess veneer in them. I'd suggest taking a toothpick and sticking the end of it in each hole and using it like a qtip to clean the veneer out of the holes. Hopefully that makes sense lol.

they holes look sloppy but everything else looks good! when I drill the holes I drill first from top to bottom then bottom to top. and that usually cleans them out pretty good as far as excess veneer goes. then I take something pointy a push it through the hole a little bit and then sand to top and bottom and repeat that step however many times needed.

The mold used for pressing the decks is not quite suitable to press decks that wide as one can tell the mold edge marks at each of the dips. Would be better to shape them a narrower width with the mold used and get a wider mold for wider decks at least 38-40mm for optimal pressed wide decks. Other than that, and the things others have pointed out, a lot of stuff is looking good so far..

Looking nice man! The way the pictures are taken it's hard to tell but do you round the edges? Either way they are looking good!
