| Nice man but a couple things. 1. Dog decks? name is kinda meh. 2. I think you should work on the quality of your decks before you start a company and selling them. Send a few out to be reviewed, and try to perfect them before making a full out company and selling them... |

| Yeah man, live I've said before, it looks thick and flat. Take sometime getting better decks with good roundings, holes, lacquer, etc...
To be honest, I wouldn't buy that deck for a dollar, not to mention 5.

| The holes look ragged, and in your sponsor video they look off centre. Shape looks barely usable, and they look so thick. They're a good start man, but you REALLY need to get better. At that price you could get a china deck with a better shape, better build quality, etc.
Sorry man, I just don't wanna see you waste you're time and ruin your chances when with a bit more effort you could do well. |

| Ahh shit dude. I tried to give you good freaking advice not to go ahead and do this like all the rest of the kids that do 2 second efforts to put up a free webpage and post "my new compagny now sponzoring, and I make decks now..so yeah" up on youtube. I even PM`d you about it in the nicest way possible to try and save you the trouble of doing this.. What you are doing now is not making decks as products to sell, it is learning how to make decks. Why will you not listen to common sense? Please take everyones advice here man. This is like the frendliest forum I have ever joined and peoples are giving freaking fantastic advice and constructive critisism here like nowere else.....please for the love of fingerboarding and respect to good craftmanship dont rush things like this, it makes what you are doing look bad. Why so hurry with this.. Again, I dont intend to be rude. Just beeing straight up with you! |

You need to realise that this was written by someone who, with all honesty, could have been selling decks months ago. Literally could have been one of the most successful small deck makers by now. His real wear is the most convincing I have ever seen, and his deck making is up there with Blosom. He's put the work in and has (if I'm doing my maths right) been making decks longer than most of the people on the forum (I think myself included) have been alive. You NEED to listen to this man, and everyone else besides. Do it right or you are just gonna waste your time. |

| Bakko and chris know what's up. Primitive decks are ridonkulous (ikr I just said that : o) and from the whole finishing of them I'm really surprised they're not sold somewhere because I'd be tempted to get a stock of them if they were. Point being, DON'T RUN BEFORE YOU CAN WALK.
Blosom made decks for over a year before he sold them. Now they're delicious. And some of the most saught after decks in the fb world, after being around years less than companies like Berlinwood and Yellowood. As minus the bear say, "you get out what you put in".
These don't look terrrrrible, but they need work. Make decks for yourself, for practice, for fun, for the love of it, and maybe down the line you can come back to this stage. |

| its like everyone who gets an interest in fb'ing has to have a 'company'.
what most of these people dont realise is that it takes alot of effort, alot of work, and a lot of dedication. your not gonna get rich quick. far from it. im still putting in more than i make...even now....but my company is forever growing and expanding. the money i make goes back into it.
i dont know why more kids dont use their noggin and opt for an easier route to 'stardom'?
shape some trucks, paint some trucks, do custom graphics on decks? but please, making decks IS difficult, and takes time and love to get them to a half decent stage.
sorry to say this, but your decks look bad........whoever buys one is gonna be disappointed....i know your selling them for 5 bucks, but thats besides the point......if you wanted your company to succeed, its going to be based of customer reviews, and word of mouth....if anyone buys these decks, what do you think your customers will say about them? |

| Something that not many people point out, other than Ross really, is that you WILL NOT MAKE MONEY. Especially in the first few months. After a while, you might come out even. But lets face it, there's only a few company's out there making real money off this stuff, and they've all been at it for 9 or 10 years. I'm in the hole for a couple hundred bucks with Compiny, but I keep at it and keep putting money into it because I love doing it. Making fingerboards is a passion of mine. And that, my friend, is the only reason to do it. Actually, now that I think about it, tons of people point out that you won't make money. No one wants to hear it though |
