im buying a new fingerboard for my birthday but i need help deciding i plan on ordering berlinwood. i was thinking of just spending all my money on a berlinwood pro complete which cost 120. or i was going to buy a berlinwood starter complete for 70 and also a rail and box 3. so please help me idk what to choose

I think if your just starting, you should buy a deck from a company on the scrolling bar^^, and just standard trucks and bollie wheels. But if your willing to buy the BW complete, go for it

Honestly there's no shame in just buying a china complete if you're just starting out and don't know if you'll enjoy it much. But if you're up for investing the money for a BW complete then there's nothing wrong with that.

In that case I'd go for one of the companies listed in the banner up top and then build your own complete! That way it will be a lot more personal and you won't have a set up that a ton of other people have.

yea, i sugest ethier a temple or pure, blackriver trucks, and flatface or winkler wheels.

Yeah I believe all of them do but to be safe I'd ask the people selling to you.

I heard Blosoms will be back in stock soon on fingersized, and for only 30 pounds, or 25-27 USD, and they are amazing(so I've been told, I'm getting one with this re-stock), and you could gradually get improved trucks, wheels, bushings etc. This is cheapest, but IMO, one of the best for a starter. I might get contradicted by "Oh Blosoms are professional, and he should start with a thinner board yada yada", but I feel a professional board is good to try, especially at Blosoms low price. If you bought a BW, you would spend a lot of money, on a non unique set-up. I know, I'm not one to talk about veering away from standards, but it works for me.

I have had quite a few setups throughout the years and this is the best setup i have ever had.
The only bad thing about it is that you have to order it from 3 different sites. But to me it's worth it because of the better performance and the lower cost.

- Sow S1 wheels. I've never had these myself, but i have heard a bunch of good about them.


Then you just need trucks. Ytrucks, BRTs or china wides. Basically any of these will do, with a bit of tuning you can get the china trucks performing close to the pro ones.
