I'm going since 1 month and I'm feeling way better than before ha... There isn't a big visual difference but I feel I've changed inside me .. So do you go gym ? |

| i used to go to the gym, it got expensive so now i just jog, skate, push ups, and sit ups every day. |

| I skateboard basically everyday unless i can't(snow,rain, etc). I play basketball too. I used to run cross country but this yer was my last. |

| OMG I love playing volley ball, women's basketball, softball, gymnastics, and we always use our women's Shake Weight when we need to get a bit stronger. Sometimes I shit my pants though whenever I bend over to pick up the ball Ryan keeps editing this but I am laughing my bum off, |

Today I learned that Chris is deadly. I work out at least three times a week for a couple hours. Not to get huge just to stay fit. |
