It bugs me that some parents are totally against it, yet they'd have no problem with their kids going out and getting a bit drunk at age 15, because that's 'normal'. #gjparents
THIS! Also, contrary to what Kat said, my parents have always been supportive. Never always understood, but always supportive. My dad's even started watching my videos every now and again, was stoked I got onto Unite, and likes to see new decks I've got. My sister's even gone from thinking it was retarded to secretly wishing she could do it |

| Ok, my parents weren't particularly supportive of it, but that's just because they're my parents and don't show much enthusiasm for anything. |

| I was a little rough before but my parents are pretty supportive when I was in Berlin in the BRR store I said how I wanted a fingerboard park but BRR parks are so expensive then he said we could build one of those ourselves and then we got some wood glue etc and started building so they are pretty supportive |

And I never tell them if I'm ordering something ... I just do it secretly from my debit card... simple as that |

| When i got my first cheap setup mum thought it was okay, she hates the noise though so i cant fingerboard in the living room or anything. She thinks its a bit much to spend on something so small but supports me because i enjoy it so much |

| My mum always tells me to stop 'wasting' money on fingerboard stuff, she just learns to deal with it now though. |

| Both my parents are really supportive. My dad allways helps me make ramps/decks, but the biggest part he like is that im filming and editing. (My dad works with cameras) My Mom always let me use her paypal when i want to order anything. And i guess my brother thinks its cool that i got 130 subs. Also it seems like all the people that i've met have been most amazed when i do an ollie |

| My mom buys my stuff sometimes. But now I buy my own stuff. My dad doesn't care but no fingerboarding on the furniture but i don't think he really cares anymore. |
