| First thing im going to say is that im not going to put up pictures of the deck because ive used it for quite a while now and in its current condition it doesnt live up to the standards of a new creekwood board.
Okay so Shipping: The board came packaged well in the expected bubble wrap packaging and arrived in just under 2 weeks, from the USA to England thats a pretty average postage time so no worries in that department.
Now first impressions: When i first opened the package I was really pleasantly surprised by the looks of the board. It had a very vibrant red bottom ply that had been dyed very professionally. Also it had green and natural split plies in the middle which looked fantastic. Overall it had a very similar look to a 'Flatface G12'.
Shape: The shape was very nice for my preference. Mellow concave and medium kicks. It feels great on your fingers and its comfortable to ride.
Performance wise: The deck performs really well offering a massive amount of control and nice strong solid feeling pop. Its really easy to land your flip tricks consistently and the control of the board lets you catch the board easily. This makes your flips to grinds really nice and consistant.
Overall: The decks just fantastic considering the unbeatable 13 dollar price tag. Its just one of those deck that you just want to get a load of because there so cheap and good quality. Overall il give the decl a 9/10, the only reason why i cant give it a 10/10 is because if it was perfect it would do all your tricks for you and if you clicked it would make you a cup of tea. But I think 9/10 is pretty fair.
Thanks for reading this review and get a creekwood! |

| nice review! I'm getting a g6 blemish soon, stoked to get it I think a deck can have 10/10.. soo many people are reluctant to give a perfect score but, yea, its not impossible imo. Something has to be the top, 10/10 shouldn't be unreachable. Not saying you should have given it 10/10, its just an observation. Also, worn out? Reminds me of how trashed my redwolf got after like 2 months of solid seshing.. I thought it wasn't that bad, but I've seshed my g12 for 2 months, outside as well as inside, and, its still in perfect condition, no wear and the lacquer is still immaculate. I'd be interested to see how they wear down, so, could we please see a picture? |
