| So today I was trying to use a gen1 gopro to film abit of fingerboarding and I have to say its not very good for filming close up, does anyone else use this same gopro with any luck or is it not worth the trouble?? I have other camera's but not really any special cameras .. . One other one that films in macro :/
Any input, thanks.
:::::Sorry please move to quick questions::: |

| I also use the second edition. I find its purely finding angles and the use of lighting. Play about with it and you'll get into it. |

| I did and found a few shots that i like, but it is choppy in slowmo and blurred because its the 1st gen GP with only like 5 megapixels... I think i could shoot better video with the web cam lol

| Also if you are shooting with the hero or the hero 2 deffinitly get an lcd screen. Using a cam without a screen is sooooo weird |

| Ok, I found this out with my hero 2 If you adjust the FPS to very high, you will lose a little video quality, but the actual "choppiness" your talking about will go away! Try it! |

| Dude I have a hero1, I have no problems with it. and yes it does have an LCD option. You have to buy the LCD thing though. And CyberLink PowerDirectioner isnt free, its just a trial. I think your best bets with a full free editor is movie maker or video pad, I wouldnt risk hacking any editing software. |

This one doesnt have an option to change fps this is the original gopro not h2 or HD... -__- I ended up going with movie maker 7 just because it works and is free, I have adobe premier but it just doesnt want to work for me hahaha |
