so for the last 8-9 months i cant acess www.oakwheels.com ...

its like web page is shut down , and i cant acces it from any computer , i tried my 3 of my friends comps ,

im from Croatia (europe)

and i dont know if oakwheels has blocked this part of urope from opening their webpage , but they are loosing costumers by this ..

btw obo 1 year ago i was able to acces oak webpage , and everithing . but now i cant , and it makes me frustrated ,
becouse i mesaged em on facebook concearning this problem , but i newer got reply .

so im asking here if other people from europe or somwhere else in the world have problem like me ..

Probably something to do with your internet or you have a internet security program running which dosnt have that site listed or something. I dont know.

but thats same on any browser , or computer i used , so it must be related to their site .

I'm no expert, but it might not be a good idea to order through the website sing a proxy, I'd use it to contact them about the issue maybe?

sounds like something your ISP is doing that's the problem - but then you said your friends in different cities couldn't get on it either, so in a way I think maybe they'd filter your country. BUT why they'd do that is a total mystery : o

This. Maybe oaks ISP banned your ISP cause of spammers using your ISP and changing ip address so they have no choice but to ban the ISP itself. I have seen it done before on some sites.
