| Hey guys, i recently bought a new pair of "professional trucks" called woodywood trucks. Right out of the package there was a defect. One of the hangers were stripped. I was able to use the trucks for about a day or two and then they were unusable from there due to the stripped axel. I contacted them over Facebook and they refuse to replace them, so I am really pissed off about that. My friend has a pair and his are completely fine. Mine are just defective from the factory, so dont say they are junk. Because they are very high quality and durable. Overall, these trucks are really great it's just I got a defective pair. They are very nice and ride smooth. Setup was very easy. The only thing I can say other then that is that one, they need a return policy and two, all of the trucks should be tested before shipped off to customers. I would rate the trucks am 8 out of 10. And for 40 bucks. You can't beat it. |

| Whereas I'd agree that you got a one off bad set, it happens to way too many people. I'm hoping that the V5's are worth buying |

| I bought a set and when trying to screw a nut back on part of the axle snapped off. Little different from TD LBs as far as I'm concerned. |

| I don't get a review of 'I got a product I could use for a day'. '8/10'. I know you said your friend's set were good but still..
the fact that they're not willing to refund you at all is shit in my books - I've heard it happen to many people.. |

| Good point Kerry, it's just I rated the riding of the the trucks 8/10, not the durability though hahaha, the durability is shit! I have been talking to the owner of woodywood trucks on facebook and he is telling me to take the axel out of the trucks and replace it with one of the axels from my brt's and I am like "are you retarded?????" hahahaha. But don't buy these until the v5's come out |

| Wow. They have terrible customer service for a product that apparently ships defective quite often. Thanks for the review and info, but how are you rating them 8/10 when they broke after the first day? |

| ...I don't have any pro trucks, but if I spent 40 friggin' dollars to get something broken, I'd flip out. Anyway, cool review |

Thanks, Woodywood marketing team! On a more serious note, I doubt I'll eve buy trucks from them unless I hear better reviews on their customer service. |

| I am very tempted to buy a set of the V5's. They seem more thought through than the previous designs. |

| ^that. reviews will see though, pretty sure I saw a pic of them the other day with a slightly wonky axle (just a one off I think).. time will tell - I'm hyped on the V5s for sure |
