Looks like you shaped them pretty good, a little bit uneven, but if they work then they work. Nice job! very happy
this was like half way through happy they are nice now and i think i will paint them with black nail polish tongue

I like your trucks! The technique I use is to get 3 sheets of model sandpaper, and a filer. I work away at the hangar until I get enough metal off. Then I sand with some paper, then smoothen it with a finer paper, and then the finest, to get rid of scratches. After that, it make my TD 32mms look like BRT'S. No lie. You should try this!

Click on host image , then choose file and copy the image URL thingy into the box happy

Not bad for a first go. happy

I have some mini files that I use. I also use them for filing kingpins down, shaping old decks into cruisers and gripping decks.

I have a few shaped 25mm trucks since no one does those any more.

i didnt have any small files just some medium so they look a bit rough but now they are sanded they look nice :p

they wont turn brass colour,
use carbit files,
iv shaped acouple pairs of TD wides.
use primer, paint then clear coat
