| not to be a dick but writing clearly rather than just coming at them like they should know every situation from every customer off hand.. why not send them the information they need there whilst you're talking to them that time and see what they say then? I'm not saying they haven't done something wrong, I dunno - just the more you help them the more they can help you  |
