so iv read that oak wheels don't fit on standerd techdeck 30mm trucks, has anyone tried to see if they do fit?
because I was thinking about buying a pair but this means Id have to buy a whole new set of trucks to =/

You would just need to put a washer on the back of the wheels.

Should I get oak wheels or ff brr ed wheels? I've used ff brr ed wheels before and they're pretty good to me, but are oaks better? I've heard oak wheel color fades away eventually. btw, i like both grippy and smooth wheels.

Make another deck as a template, also I have seen some people use a piece of sheet metal cut out as a template

Could you use sheet metal as a mold? I can get it heat treated and stuff.
Also, where can I get tape for $5 shipped? It's all I have right now and I have no tape :\ I'd rather use new foamy g but the shipping is like $4 or something

Yeah, that's what I meant as well. You can't go wrong with Pure tape, it looks nice and is cheap lol

Really any amount. But I'm just going to get a sheet from pure.

Where to get reasonably big marble samples ?

My local Home depot has like 2x4 inch samples but I have never seen anything bigger for free. But its not too expensive. Like 1 square foot of marble is like $15.

Okay I asked this before but just to clear up things, if I use china wides on a 29 mm deck the wheels will stick out the sides and to stop this I need brt's or ytrucks ?

I just messured a set of china wides. 29.3mm. So it depends on what size your 29mm deck is

If it is exactly 29mm it will look just fine, unless you have really wide wheels.
