Yeah, i could still smell the dye with lacquer when i opened it, hahaha

I think rather than drying them in the oven, maybe use a different dye? or change how you dye them? I don't think other companies use ovens, and you don't want to burn the wood, as it'd damage it and make the deck weaker.

making decks is a lengthy thing...it cannot be rushed. after the veneer is dyed it needs to dry properly ideally naturally. these things cannot be rushed as it will show in the final product.

Yeah, wood is best if you let it dry for 1-2 1/2 months

I didn't know you guys thought intenatical was so great... I honestly thought that intenatical was a pretty bad name, like three months after I made that company.

I will be working on improving the holes, and from now on, I will dye all my wood 2 months in advance to orders.

Or you could buy pre dyed veneer? Cos otherwise you'll have to wait 2 months to ship orders? and people don't like that. I've almost been waiting 2 months for my frost and I'm fully pissed off with how long hes taking. So, yea.

Thanks thom. HEy kerry, I think it would be more like I would just dye a shitload of veneer at one time, and wait till it drys, then when its COMPLETELY dry, then start accepting orders.
