I'm aware that this could be placed in the quick questions thread, but I'm hoping to get more than one or two answers, and hopefully some explanations and maybe some pics. (to see the pores and such) I've read many reviews on different tapes such as Riptape, Ace Tape, Propaganda Tape, etc., but I'm sure there's so much more I haven't heard of. I have tried Fbs Extra Smooth, china tape, the three sheets that came with the Zshred stuff a few years back, and Gummy Tape, which is only good for non sliders. Also, I'd like to keep the price at nine dollars and under, excluding shipping costs. I'm planning on getting some this Saturday, so I'd appreciate it if I got any replies by then.

I believe riptape is nine dollars but you only get 3 pieces. On FF they have mossy tape, which is only 6 dollars and you get three pieces. But i think mossy tape is just china tape but with a different name, i could be wrong.

(for Xi) THIS also read Kerry's review. If your on a budget buy china tape from lovedrug. They're pretty cheap or get the truck kit from fingersized if you also need trucks as they come with china tape, wide trucks and non-bearing wheels for 2 euros or 2-3 dorras. |

Riptape slim & catchy, propaganda tape, and ace tape v2 are probably some of the best tapes yu can get right now. Fbs is e pretty good, too, along with regular Riptape, which is my least favorite of my favorites, (ha)

Thanks for the replies guys. I think I'll get the Ace Tape, but I don't know where to get it. I looked on the site and couldn't find a web store, and it's out of stock on Fingersized. Could one of you post a link? And Kerry, I have read those reviews, but thanks anyway

Looks like I'll be getting the New Foamy Greatness. I've heard some really good things about it, and it has a really good price. What does it feel like though? Is it really porous, is it smooth, a little bit of both? And since I'm getting that, might as well pick up some bearing screws since one of my axels is coming loose. Will they work well on single bearing wheels?

New Foamy greatness is really nice, a little bit of both, and the pores open from wearing in. Gets really squishy and grippy after a while of use. But it also is sensitive, so try not to rip it.

Ooh I like squishy and grippy. And as much as I'd like to get some Fbs, I'd rather not spend so much on three sheets.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to order some tomorrow, along with some bearing screws. Thanks for the help guys! Also, I found a way to make not so grippy grip grippy. Sandpaper and tape. My gummy tape is actually grippy now.
