I have changed the wheels on my redemption deck - those brownish Y2 Wheels just look too cool to be true:



BUT! I must say I am slightly underwhelmed by their performance.
I got a yellow and this brown set and both of them feel very uneven & wobbly when riding.
As if my trucks were bent. It seems at least on my Y2s, the bearings are not sitting 100% straight/symmetrical in the wheels.
Ywheels is so kind to send me two replacement wheels for the yellow set, which is a great customer service!

I am wondering though if anyone else had similar experiences with the new Y2 wheels?

^They'll wear in man, just keep riding them and they'll even out and you'll get used to it
Also, make sure you use the washers that come with the wheels

Thanks for the advice, I noticed that the brown wheels got a bit better over the last few days.
Neither set came with washers though.

They look good! Cool for ywheels for sending some replacements

New setup. Bought it from morrowsnow. It's a limited edition Temple Deck (I forget what the bottom ply is called), BRT wides, and Flatface Clear BR edition wheels. I love it. Couldn't be happier.
