Me and my dad have been building obstacles like banks and stairs out of wood and we don't really have problems building those obstacles but we cant think of a way of how to build a quarter pipe or tranny obstacle. If any one has any ideas please tell me. thank you.

Use flexible plywood. It's like a thick venner, mesh, thin veneer, mesh then thck veneer. It's the same stuff BRR uses, I nicked some from tech and i'm gonna make some soon

I'm sure you could also add more then just one piece of veneer? You could stack the plies like you would a fingerboard so it would be strong? I have no idea if it will work though.
