Yup! $59.99 gets you a g12 deck, g6 bearing
wheels, riptape, spinal wide trucks, flatface teflon bushings, nuts,
hardware, and stickers. It's a pretty good deal considering a deck and
wheels is already at least $60 normally. Decks and wheels are random
but they're all some of the newest ones so you'll see increased quality
as always.
http://flatfacefingerboards.com/webstore/products/FlatFace-G12-Complete.htmlHere's an example of one. Bottom plies and wheel colors vary.
Also
some people didn't know, I'm renting a warehouse to store lots of
things, including G5 and G7 plaza and Rvous park, and I'll be building
more parks. A lot of the reason is to help the rendezvous's grow
tremendously. It's in the same building as the Rendezvous's will be in
from now on, which is about 100000000x bigger than the old one, and the
actual rendezvous room is super huge and luxurious
I'd take pics but Jay has my lens. Anyways the rented warehouse is
gonna be used to store parks and stuff so I can get tons for Rendezvous
and whatnot, and also to store lots of big items such as big minis
which I'll be selling at Rendezvous and eventually on my site. Look out
for BRR skateboards on the site sometime soon too, and much more
expansions like always from FF
Tomorrow
I'll have pictures of some new decks, 29mm wides and 29mm wide GRAPHIC
decks. The graphic decks are super shiny, high quality, and durable.
They feature a special technique which I've been developing for a
while, which I'm not gonna give away but involves expanding chemicals
under intense pressure to bond the printed graphic
into (not
just onto like other companies) the wood, and then laquered like
normal. The result is a high quality graphic which lasts as long as
your bottom ply (basically forever that means) but there's no loss in
pop because you are still riding wood, no plastic or thick paper to
make your deck "soggy."
These graphic decks will come out in
series. There is the classic flatface spot color graphic deck which I
plan to have out for a long time. It features maple top and bottom,
blue 2nd and 4th plies, and a yellow middle. Colors are pressure dyed
as always.
There will be a Mike Schneider pro model graphic, Scott b
pro model, brandon robert pro model, and john cowart pro model. Each
deck has plies chosen by that rider and the deck is crafted to their
preference. Brandon robert's deck is a 4 ply for example. Each pro
model deck is REALLY a pro model because of that. So like each deck of
a certain graphic will have the same ply construction each time. Each
deck series will be limited to 50-100 decks on average, and then you'll
see new graphics from other team riders, and miscellaneous other
graphics in the future, possibly collaborations with other companies.
Which brings me to my next point:
Look forward to 3dface decks, a new branch of FlatFace that could be opening before new years
Yes the name is stupid, but it's all fun. K go fb.
I
encourage you to check out the new Shen benches available at
blackriver. You may remember a video from me a while ago on one,
they're really nice obstacles with a unique material/feel.

Another thing, the producer of the show House MD contacted me, and they
are actually having a small glimpse of fingerboarding in an episode
they are currently writing. I cant really tell you many details about
the actual episode but I made them a special custom G12 complete setup
for it (including a custom graphic with the new method) and anyways
thatll be on TV! I dunno when cause it takes a long time and theyre
only writing the script still, but I'll keep you guys posted. They sent
me tons of dvd's of the show and some clothing too, pretty sweet.
Sneek peek of Scott B's pro model deck. I have more graphic decks here already but no time at the moment to take pics.
