I wanna try making a metal bottom ply, but I'm afraid it will break my bandsaw. Would it be okay cutting it out?

You don't even need a band saw for fingerboards. And you'd want to use a blade made for metal or it might mess it up.
Just need a grinder yo. Use the circular sander kind and you can just shave the corners off if you put some 100 grit on it. I have one that also has a belt sander on it. It's like a 2 in one, but you'd want to use the belt part to refine the shape better.

The tin foil trick doesn't work anymore!
They updated the microwaves now.

Try a belt sander

I think a belt sander can "sand" at it , so no need to a band saw happy

Okay happy will 80 grit work, because that's the finest grit of belts that I have? Also, can I round the edges on the bottom considering its metal?

The higher the number, the finer it is. 80 grit is very rough and can very easily sand down wood. Work slow, because you don't want to accidentally sand too much off and have to start over with a new deck.
For the metal, maybe try using a foam sanding block?

Also, you can use a really fine sandpaper, like 1000 or up, to really give the metal a nice shine and mirror like finish.
