Information on unitefingerboarding posted on fbc thanks to blosom! I'll have to pester someone to put some info out on ffi sometime soon. Hopefully the word will get around more now though, which is all good!

like the review of the wheels kerry, and its all good non the less....

but......i just feel as though everyone is leaving fbhq and putting their input elsewhere......i mean all the new forums people are making, and just a few months ago you agreed there was no point, and why not everyone just stay in one place......now everyone's making their own forum, members are leaving here, and this place is dying........i mean, the new reviews you made could have been posted here to make the place more exciting, and the mo's decks stuff too........i know its 'your' project, and fair play, but like you say, it wont be long b4 u have a forum their.........

nobody posts stuff here anymore, and tbh i dont feel like bothering much anymore....nothing ever happens........i guess if you want action you have to do it yourself, and why not 'own' what your contributing too

im not having a go, i think its great what your doing, but im sure you can see my point

and also i can guarantee a lot of other members are now contemplating making a blog of their own too....like all the 'distribution' and 'companies' popping up everywhere......i bet blogs are being made as we speak from members from fbhq....

We need a UK site for fingerboarding, and thats what unite is trying to be. If all you guys see it as is just 'my little side project' or w/e, then, well, it'll be your loss when it falls. All I'm trying is to make something positive.
I'd LOVE for this forum to be officially linked to ufb and for them to work together. Hopefully that can happen one day. I don't want to make another forum. I mean, with the slight chance of harvey coming round here more after him making another mod, I'ma hit contact him soon and see what he thinks to the idea

And, I mean, I was going to post the review here this evening? God forbid I have perhaps something to do with my day and cant do everything at once

If you're gonna start attributing me making something positive, that I want you all to get involved with, for the UK scene, that isn't a forum in any way and really infact has a link on the site whatever page you're looking at to fbhq; to people making their own forums and leaving here? Well, just.. ahh.. Whatever.

And if little kids want to copy me, I don't for one second believe they have the determination, drive, or ability to spell enough to make something even remotely worth looking at, whereas not to be big headed but I think unitefingerboarding is something worth while to say the least.

i think you took it the wrong way kerry.....like i said, 'im not having a go..i think its great what your doing'.....that was just something id thought id say as im probably sure some people are thinking it?...but ill just come right out and say it......i know its not a forum, i never said it was, but you did mention something about maybe having a forum their soon, and im just referring to things said in the past.......im just kinda looking at the bigger picture...

ill say it again, i think its great what your doing kerry, and well done you for doing it, and you know i totally support you and think its all good.....it can only be good imo, if i didn't think it was worth it i wouldn't have msg you for the info to put on fbc......

i just kinda feel as though some people might feel if your doing stuff their, all your time goes into that, and nothing here.......and i understand you might have been busy or whatever, but copying what you have their and pasting it here is like 20 seconds......please don't feel im against it in anyway, because im not. its UK so its all good and needs all the support imo.

recently i dont think much has been posted on here really.....only from regular posters.......nick posts lots of vids, as do a few other regulars, but nothing much to get people talking.....when i first joined here this place was sooo much fun, and was exciting, now it just feels like a 'beginner platform' you leave once something better comes along......its like i said b4, whats the point if your the only person posting stuff for people to talk about, if nobody talks..........you get a little jarred off with it, and want to create something of your own...i know i would.....

the comments from fbc have all been good ...not that fbc is really a 'posters' forum, its more of a 'trade' forum imo....but yeah its all been good....heres one comment..

I only copy pasted it because I didn't see the point of writing it twice? Like, all I'd have done would be copy paste the text rather than copy paste the URL.

And, well, I fully agree.. I'm often trying to make topics.. I made a topic on outdoor fingerboarding a while back and it just died, quickly.. It seems a bit futile is my point.. A lot of the active members don't really bother discussing anything, they just write 'sick!' or 'cool'! or 'penis!' (XD) and thats about it.

BUT, in future I'll collaborate more with here when things of discussion are on unitefingerboarding, and hopefully harvey will agree to some sort of merger as well.
Together we can push UK fingerboarding and make this place a much more fun place to visit ^_^
