Anything Stephen King is really good.

Bill Bryson's "A Walk in The Woods" is pretty funny and interesting, imo. It's about him and a friend walking up the Appalachian Trail, their experiences, and the interesting characters they meet. Pretty great book so far.

Idk, what are you into? I'm a big reader so I can probably point you in a good direction, just hmu happy

Oh ok cause I tend to read them when I can. Need to find another volume of one of the series I read since I am so outdated and my school doesn't carry the latest ones.

George Orwell's books are great even his diaries which are not in his famed vein.I saw that someone has already suggested Animal Farm. The Anthony Keidis autobiography is a good read too if you like RHCP.

Love RHCP. I'll have to check that out in addition to the one about Rodney Mullen. Also, I had to read animal farm in 11th grade. Hated that shit 100%. Not a fan at all.
