Thinness as in how thick the board is? I don't think it would make the board harder to control but you might find the board to be a little on the light side.

No, imo, thinner is better. Lynn's decks are easy to ride.

I need your opinions, what is better, shooting at WVGA - 100FPS or 720p - 50FPS? Here is an example of WVGA...
...And heres 720p

Hi guys, my brother-in-law loves his new setup (Thanks frost!) and for Christmas my girl wants to get him some obstacles, and she fell into a trap by some china companies. I told her I'd help her find some quality stuff. Help?

How much are you looking to spend/what kind of obstacles does he like to skate (both type and material)?

He really likes my Blackriver bench, as for how much she's looking to spend, around $15-20

Thanks!
Assuming you're not getting the Blackriver bench, I'd recommend either a Zink minibank or an Airflo rail with your price range. If you have any questions or other preferences, let me know! Below are links to the two obstacles I mentioned.
Edit: Knifeblock holders are also fun to skate and will run you anywhere from 25 cents to $5 at a thrift store.

Companies that are just selling stuff they have bought in bulk from china. Trucks, wheels, decks, etc. you can normally tell very easily because they are fairly low quality and there's only a few china companies making stuff so they tend to all be the same.

What happened to Kerry? I never see him on FBHQ, he doesn't update Unite as often as he did, and no end of the month contests anymore?

Does anyone know what kind of tape does a pop deck come with? I thought it's FBS extra smooth but it seems like it is not.

Yes, the graphic does wear out. But it takes a little while, and it evenly wears out (at least for me). I loveeeeeeeed my Pop when I had it. A super fun deck, and great control. I had the deep shape, which shape are you getting?
