one set of my brr baseplates are stripped.idk why as i havent taken them off my deck since but it was just today when i wanted to set em up on my cruiser.if any of you could give me some ideas on what to do i would be very grateful.

Try use some thick tech deck screws though, a lot of them are thicker than BRT screws.

mate im using td screws right now but they are too thin

Yeah there's a few different kinds of tech deck screws around, some are long and thin and some are short and fat, like a chode.

it happend to both sets of my brts and now I only buy ytrucks there lighter nicer and more realistic

Wasn't there a thread on how to rethread baseplates with a screw from a calculator? If so I think you should try that. Or buy a set of ytruck baseplates and get a set of torx keys.

Both Kerry's and Gunner's method works in the link provided. It kinda sucks how easily BRT baseplates get stripped so easily...

gunners method hasnt worked for me but i think its because of the calculator screws im using

You got a td penny? Those baseplates fit brt hangars, you won't get a pivot cup in but it's a good temporary fix until you can pick up a new baseplate

Aren't td penny baseplates the same with td lb baseplates? IIRC my td lb and penny have the same baseplates. For others that may ask, td lb and penny baseplates and china baseplates are different as td lb and penny baseplates have longer kingpins and smaller pivot cup holes.

I have an extra silver brt baseplate that hasn't been set up ever and has all the screws would you want to buy it from me for like $7 shipped or is that too much
