Do you prefer to have the truck mounting screws under or going through your grip, and why?

Through, cause if you ever want to change anything you would have to take off the grip completely otherwise.

U can still poke the screwdriver thru Matt. I prefer under but its just aesthetic reasons.

Under the tape until I decide to take my trucks off or switch something out.

the first sheet of tape i put the screws through but the second sheet i put on a deck i dont bother, by then i have my setup on lock.

riptape has the best looking holes when you poke them through. that's why I ride og rip

under it became a habit after years of just sticking one sheet on and never changing it until it rips to bad or i change decks

under for foam/rip

with real skate grip though the grip is better.

I prefer though the tape. It give the board a more realistic look since most skateboards also do this.

Under for me purely because I never change setups until my tape is worn or rips.

my holes usually look great cause i pre make the holes with the screw driver its simple and looks clean
