| you dont need to link your bank accouint though you can just use your debit or credit card if you have one off your paypal thats what i do  |

| i don't have mine hooked up to a bank account or credit card, and mine still works. i called paypal a couple years ago, and they lifted my limit to like 600 dollars a month all the time. it used to be like you could only send once without a bank acc or credit card. mine works fine haha |

| If you want to connect your bank account . Or even sell something on eBay you need to provide a ssn number and show proof of id by just sending picture of these cards to paypal . You can add a credit card but you account with be frozen after a few days without give you ssn and Id proof . Their is no point to not having you stuff connected . You can do very little without providing your over 18 |

| I have one and i'm 17. It works just fine. I'm able to send money flawlessly, i haven't tried receiving money but i'm sure it works fine. |
