| Got to go to the post office tomorrow to pick up some packages plus send out some bits and pieces to some of the good folk here.
Plus some new trucks, Oaks, and trades from Bryan and Eric all safely arrived in our mailbox... Definitively softens the blow when returning home from vacation! |

| Oh yes, just got a nice package off Trent, 2 sets of Witchcrafts and he threw in a piece of actual grip tape and stickers. Think I'll keep the grip for the custom old school he's making for me. |

| It's amazing to ride, I just put a set of BRT's on this deck with your godly bushings, and my X4s again with your bushings on my Z3 YW, they fit so much better than BRT's do on a YW deck. I'm waiting for some FF BRR edition wheels, and I'm wanting some dual bearing wheels for my Y Trucks too. Thanks again for these amazing bushings mate, I thought stock BRT bushings were great when I got my first set, but after putting Witchcraft bushings on all my trucks, I expect everything I setup now will need your bushings, they are amazing man! Also at £16.50 for the deck I can't complain really, it feels fantastic and has mad pop. When I first looked at it, I thought them black bits were just painted on, but nah they're different plies, but it's done that well that you can barely see the joins in the plies, amazing work and what a deck too, really pleased with DK decks, anyone that hasn't tried one I highly recommend you do because they are spectacular. I wasn't too keen when I first got it as my Yellowood has got a really thick clear coat but I actually prefer my DK decks over the Yellowood now, and the price of them is great too. Buy one, you really won't be disappointed. P.S. I've seen that there's actually sites that sell these decks a lot more than the cost of them in the UK, I'd say they'd still be worth it, maybe it's something to do with postage charges, I'm not too sure, but anyone in the UK can get a blank for £12.50 or a split for £16.50, which is a really good price, their ply selection look really sick on both the decks I have. They've got a new fan here that's for sure, I'll be buying more designs as soon as I see more come up. Fingerboarding is highly addictive, any new folk wanting to get into it, I hope you've got deep pockets, because it's far too easy to spend all your spare money on this hobby on new gear, safe to say I'm heavily addicted to this! If I had my own way in regards to dealing with our income I'd probably be putting at least one new complete together a day, but the wife controls the money and I have to tell her what I'm spending it on, when I told her I spent £41 iirc on the set of BRT's I bought new she gave an evil look, as if to say '£41 on a toy?', some folk just don't understand stuff like this. It'd be awesome having a wife/girlfriend like Frostie, as she makes him obstacles and collects fingerboards top, that'd be ideal, but my wife thinks I'm playing with toy skateboards, and thinks it's a waste of money. I just ordered a set of FF G7.1 dual bearing, Oak RV Plus and a pack of Ace Tape, look forward to getting those in the mail. |
