Thank you! I'm still working out the whole process of deck making. I'm trying to get thinner veneer and better dyes but in the meantime here's some popsicle shaped boards. The shape is symmetrical which is something I always desired in a deck. I plan on just making a few boards, sell them locally as art pieces, and then get a new mold with a shorter wheelbase and higher kicks. In the meanwhile here are some popsicle boards I've been working on

the decks looking quite clean again. i think the dyed veneers looking perfect.
if you want to save the money for better dyes, for the bottom side and like to try something else, you can print a grafic, glue it on the board, sand the edges down and spray lacquer over it. you can be qreative and make your own grafix or google whatever you like. thats the way i like it, ahaha  
a quite symmetrical shape is also my favorite. i don´t like the monster-nose of my planktoon, but for halfpipe it´s ok.

Lol thanks man, I got lucky the purple dyed through all the way. Lately, I'm having trouble with the dye not going through the wood but I guess that's what I get for using icing dyes. Thanks for the printed graphics advice, I might end up using it soon.

ok, so i´ve one last advice : 1-3 layers lacquer and the grafic wears off after some time (if you want to paste your deck up with a new grafic)
6-8 and the grafic stays nearly forever...
p.s. normal glue for paper works better for this, than wood glue.

Hey! Could anyone explain me how to press a deck with a carbon ply? All the stuff I can find seem to be not formable...
