| This seems like a good start. You'd have to make the obstacle first out of wood or clay, then follow those instructions till the last step. Because everything you want to make will have a flat bottom, you can just pour the rubber up to thatpoint and save yourself the hassle of having to cut it. I got up to making them out of clay, but they work so well like that that it's not worth the hassle of working with concrete for me to bother casting them. |

| Take a box about the size of the obstacle you want to make. Then take something like clay or clay and put in the box to make a shape that you want the obstacle to be. Then put your concrete or whatever making the obstacle in it! |

| You can use just about anything, really... it just a matter of trying a few different methods and seeing which ones works for you. You can use almost any material that concrete doesn't stick to. And if it does, simply use a spray. The method that Concept linked looks pretty good, but it can get pricey to get all the materials.
I don't know if you've ever worked with concrete before, but if you haven't then you may want to experiment with that first before spending money on mold making. Get a tupplerware dish or Gator mold to practice making ramps, find a concrete you like, determine a good mix ratio, ect. |

| Well I have started working with concrete... what I like to do is to make a mold out of cardboard Basically I just plastify the inside of the mold (duct-tape will do the job) and pour the concrete ... then you just have to sand it . Here are some stuff I made : |

| Concept, what kind of clay do you use? I'm gonna try to do that. And does it grind well? |
