| Alright hey guys, I'm making this thread on behalf of my friend Fred from fdecks. He's not familiar with the forum nor how it works/how to properly make use of it and he has asked me to make this thread for him. Contact me if you have any questions about the decks/company and I will try to answer them to the best of my ability, if I am not capable of answering the questions myself I will direct you to Fred's contact info. I would like to stress that I am not the owner of fdecks nor do i produce the decks, I am only helping a friend. Here is what he has to say about his decks: Fdecks is a proffesionnal/artistic fingerboard company based out of quebec, Canada. The decks are made out of 5 ply veneer ( maple, exotics even dyed colours, and split plies ) and each board has its own personality; punk-rock to new school shapes. Fdecks have a very special feature, most other boards have a 100mm+ length, but fdecks have, for even more control, a shorter length: 95mm. Decks are made/can be made in between 32mm-34mm and we offer 2 shapes: new school (classic popsicle) and cruiser/oldschool. There is currently a stock of 3 decks ranging from 32.5mm-34mm up on the website. Decks are $15 and have exotic bottoms as well as split plies. I also do customs, contact me through bigcartel to work out a shape, ply combo, and price. Here's the website: http://fdecks.bigcartel.com/ Feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns, ~Fred Bordeleau~ Here are some pics of the current stock as well as some other decks: One of the decks in stock. (exotic) Another deck currently available. (split ply) The third deck currently available. (exotic) Here is an example of the oldschool/cruiser shape available through custom order: Thanks for checking out Fdecks! http://fdecks.bigcartel.com/http://fdecks.bigcartel.com/http://fdecks.bigcartel.com/http://fdecks.bigcartel.com/

| The lacquer on the 2nd and 3rd looks good. The shaping looks like it could use some work. I'd wait selling. |

| The lacquer on the decks doesn't seem to show to it's full extent in these pics, not sure why that is. I assure you each deck has been lacquered to perfection. The oldschool may look dull because the photo was taken from instagram and has a filter on it. ~Fred |

| Liking them Only issue I have now is that they are a bit thick. Maybe a little more pressure on the mold? Looking really good though |

| Looking good. Aside from the other things suggested I'd suggest making sure the holes are 100% perfect. |

| Ryan, the holes are 100% perfect on all decks currently, the photo where the holes were off was quite old (hence why it was removed). Changes have been made since then and I can assure you all holes are 100% flawless ~Fred |

| The holes on the decks on your site does not look flawless. They look alright, but they could definitely be cleaner.
Just take the advice you get man. |

| By flawless I was talking more performance wise than aesthetics (the trucks fit perfectly), all advice is appreciated and taken in to account I will be sure to update Fred and let him know that you think the holes could use some work I would just like to remind everyone I am not Fred and I am helping him out by running this thread on his behalf. Keep the feedback coming! http://fdecks.bigcartel.com/ |

| Yeah, if he can't figure out how to use a message board I don't know how he can manage to make good decks. |
