Built a new stainless bench yesterday. Pretty basic, but love it!

Slides and grinds super smooth!! Sounds sooo good too.

Well, as you already said, it's only a swastika, not a Hitlers fylfot. So there's nothing wrong or racist about it.

I was under the impression that it represented the Aryan brotherhood/race. Since Hitler adopted it in the 20's.

I am not easily offended, just thought it could be to others.

I am not confused at all. I understand that its original meaning was nothing hateful at all. Unfortunately in today's society it represents white power and hatred (at least that's how I feel).

@KapitalJ: Sorry if you're offended by the symbol on my ramp, but I didn't mean for it to be interpreted that way. KThumb answered pretty much on-point for me. I don't bother with the stupidity of today's society and their preconceived notions of things I know more about. Since it has nothing to do with Hitler's swastika (although, he was using that symbol for a reason), I'd say it's ignorant to actually be offended by the swastika on my fingerboard ledge..

Note: Any and all swastikas only stand for white power and other hateful things if you want them to.

Totally hear what u guys are saying. I also don't dissagre with you about the true meaning of the Swastika, or where it originated.
Just felt that it may offend some, as it unfortunately was used as a symbol of hate in the 20's.
