Crappy wood I had laying around. About 3/16" thick. Not too sure what type of wood it was. I used it for backing on some shelves that I made and I had some leftovers. I can take a pic of the mold when I get home and send it your way. If I made another, I would use plywood (thicker than the wood I used), and I would sand it all nice and smooth first, before gluing the mold together. Hope this helps. J. |
