they are all made of plywood, the concrete is a thin layer on them

I didn't fixed any price definitely so I can tell you...

Don't sand! Smooth it as it's drying, often at first then less often. You can keep smoothing it right up to it being rock solid. Sanding will just make it rougher.

I use a metal artists paint trowel, which works perfectly.

No word about prices at the moment, because people will say for sure that it's to expensive, I already see comments about how expensive are brr and as you can see Voice Fsb ramps need more work than brr... So I can imagine what people would say about Voice's ramps prices

Well, you'll always have criticism and people who don't like prices (which is usually my role )
But there will be people who want these products, and they won't know whether to buy one or not without prices.
People who don't comprehend the prices, unless the prices are totally ridiculous, probably haven't read the whole thread. So much work goes into these, and although some people won't be able to buy it at these prices, they will understand why they are that way.
And sick! I've always wanted a Flaked haha
